Who says you have to spend hours over a hot stove to make delicious food? That’s just a wrong assumption where an easy remedy is this really quick platter of these simple and amazingly delicious FunGuy mushrooms!
This isn’t just a pan of mushroom sauté either. This FunGuy dish has the goodness of garlic, spicy heat, and a dash of sharp parmesan.
Best part? You’ll be done in 10 minutes or less.
DIRECTIONS:
- Brush off any debris from the FunGuy mushrooms with a damp cloth, trim the stems and place in a bowl. Pour in the olive oil, minced garlic, and pepper flakes and toss to coat the mushrooms well.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Once the pan is hot add in the mushrooms and cook 5-6 minutes or until the mushrooms are lightly browned. Pour in the white wine, just enough to help scrape the crispy bits from the pan. Allow to cook another 2-3 minutes or until the wine has evaporated.
- Turn off the head and add in the parmesan cheese, tossing to combine. Season with a bit of salt and black pepper.
- Add a bit of chopped parsley and serve immediately!
Have a Fun meal!
