- Ingredients:
- 10 oz package of FunGuy Mushroom Stuffers
- 1 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup hot sauce of your choice
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ½ tablespoon white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
Spice up your party table with a plateful of FunGuy Stuffers! Not just any stuffers, but spicy buffalo chicken stuffers that if left on their own, will make everyone work up a sweat with just a bite.
Luckily we’ve included a creamy blue cheese dressing to drizzle on top to tame that spice so no one will know when your guests can’t take the heat!
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush off any debris from the FunGuy mushrooms with a damp cloth. Pop out the stem using your thumb and mince them on a cutting board. Lay the mushroom caps on the prepared baking tray hole side up.
- Lay the cooked chicken breast on a cutting board and shred it using two forks. Put the chicken into a bowl with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and hot sauce and mix well to coat the chicken.
- Spoon the chicken into each mushroom cap and put the baking tray into the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and wrinkled a bit on the outside.
- While the mushrooms cook prepare the blue cheese dressing.
- In a bowl whisk together the blue cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Taste and add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove the mushrooms from the oven and drizzle the blue cheese dressing on each.
- Serve immediately!
