- Ingredients:
- 8oz package of whole FunGuy white button mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves
- small handful of fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine (or vegetable broth)
- pinch of salt
Sometimes keeping things simple is the only way to go, and this week’s FunGuy recipe does just that! Our button mushrooms are made simply perfect roasted with a bit of garlic, butter, and fresh parsley and until tender.
Make sure to serve this with a loaf of crusty bread, over roasted chicken, or served next to a healthy garden salad!
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Brush off any debris from the FunGuy mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the stems. Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
- Transfer the mushrooms and garlic to a bowl and add the melted butter and olive. Season with a pinch of salt and toss well to coat the mushrooms before transferring them to an oven safe baking dish. Pour the wine over the mushrooms and stir to evenly distribute. Top with half of the parsley leaves, reserving the rest.
- Roast the mushrooms in the oven for 15 minutes, turning the mushrooms in the dish half way through cooking. Once the mushrooms are lightly browned and tender, remove them from the oven and top with the remaining parsley.
- Serve immediately!
Have a Fun meal!
