DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush off any debris from the FunGuy mushrooms with a damp cloth, trim the ends and slice. Peel and slice the onion thinly. Stack the bacon strips and dice.
- Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface to as thinly as possible without tearing and transfer it to the baking sheet. Spread the crème faiche in an even layer around the middle, leaving a 2-inch border around the edge of the pie crust. Pepper the surface of crème fraiche covered part of the crust with the onion and bacon. Arrange the sliced mushrooms around the surface and season with a sprinkle of salt to taste. Fold the border in-wards and brush the boarder with olive oil.
- Transfer the tart to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is lightly golden and the bacon is cooked through.
- Remove the tart from the oven and add the fresh cut chives on top while still hot. Allow the tart to cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
Have a Fun meal!
