Been feeling a bit ravi-lonely the pasta few days? Then it’s time to grabioli some of these quick butter sautéed FunGuy oyster mushrooms with ravioli!
There’s nothing complicated about these cheese filled ravioli tossed with a melted butter, garden fresh herbs, and our fungitastic oyster mushrooms, but we’re pasta-tively certain everyone will be asking for more!
DIRECTIONS:
- Bring a pot of water with a large pinch of salt to a boil over high heat. Add the ravioli to the pot and let it cook 4-5 minutes. Drain the pasta of excess water and return it to the pot and cover until ready to mix it with the mushrooms.
- While the ravioli cooks, prepare the FunGuy oyster mushrooms by brushing off any debris from the oyster mushrooms with a damp cloth. Peel and mince the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add the butter and allow it to melt before adding the oyster mushrooms to the pan. Season with a pinch of salt and oregano. Sauté 4-5 minutes, tossing to coat in the herbs and butter.
- Add the ravioli, toss well to combine, and cook an additional minute. Turn off the heat and season with chopped parsley and fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
Have a Fun meal!
