• Ingredients:
  • 10oz packages of FunGuy Mushroom Stuffers
  • 2 ounces brie cheese
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Honey

There’s always much room for mushrooms with these festive cranberry and brie stuffed FunGuy mushrooms! Drizzle with a little honey and a sprinkle of warm cinnamon, and you have yourself a quick, easy, and delicious appetizer optimally suited for any gathering during the holiday season. 

Make sure to keep this FunGuy recipe in a place for easy access for those last minute family AND company parties!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Brush off any debris from the FunGuy mushrooms with a damp cloth. Pop out the stem using your thumb and discard. Put the mushroom caps, hole side up, onto the lined baking sheet.
  3. Spoon the brie into each mushroom cap and top with 2-4 dried cranberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. 
  4. Put the mushrooms into the oven and bake them for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and become gooey. 
  5. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and serve immediately.
