- Ingredients:
- 10oz packages of FunGuy Mushroom Stuffers
- 2 ounces brie cheese
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- Ground cinnamon
- Honey
There’s always much room for mushrooms with these festive cranberry and brie stuffed FunGuy mushrooms! Drizzle with a little honey and a sprinkle of warm cinnamon, and you have yourself a quick, easy, and delicious appetizer optimally suited for any gathering during the holiday season.

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush off any debris from the FunGuy mushrooms with a damp cloth. Pop out the stem using your thumb and discard. Put the mushroom caps, hole side up, onto the lined baking sheet.
- Spoon the brie into each mushroom cap and top with 2-4 dried cranberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
- Put the mushrooms into the oven and bake them for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and become gooey.
- Remove the mushrooms from the oven and serve immediately.
