• Ingredients:
  • 2 10 oz package of FunGuy Mushroom Stuffers
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 ounces crabmeat
  • 1 green onion, chopped and tops reserved
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • Sweet chili sauce for dipping

What to do when that craving for a bite of rich, creamy, and sweet crab Rangoon puffs hit? Don’t go out, and don’t order in. These can be made in the comfort of your own kitchen!

We suggest assembling these with a FunGuy twist, to make them quick and easy too.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. With a damp paper towel, gently clean each FunGuy mushroom of any debris. Pop out the stems and discard. Transfer the mushroom caps, hole side up, to 2 parchment lined baking sheets.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, crabmeat, chopped onion, garlic, and soy sauce. Spoon the crab and cheese filling into each mushroom cap.
  4. Place the prepared mushrooms into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until browned on top.
  5. While the mushroom bake, cut the green onion tops into thin slices.
  6. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and sprinkle with the green onion tops while still hot.
  7. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
